The best hotel ever!
This place was awesome. The staff were friendly, the location was brilliant, the place was spectacular and the room was unbelievable. You have to stay there just to experience the view and the sheets (seriously they are the best)! The sheets were so great I have ordered them online at the marriott shop (yes, you can buy linen and so forth on the web, that is how good it is). Glad I stayed! :-)

chaos at reception
there was chaos at the reception desk when we arrived, both for incoming and outgoing guests: long lines, insufficient reception personnel, the computer went down, no information. They were completely overwhelmed by those checking in or out - and they should and could have anticipated this. also, we had two full beds which were depressed in the center so that it was a struggle for two people to sleep comfortably together.
there is a very nice shopping mall about a half mile down the road where a family can shop and eat very reasonably. everything in the hotel was grossly overpriced.
