Good inexpensive motel
Features are basic, in keeping with star rating and price. The place is new and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, has free working wi-fi, allows pets and smoking, in a good location within walking distance of restaurants and stores, has view of trees on the back side. The only negative is poor breakfast when there are few guests, an economic necessity.
Kayak rental is fun.

Fantastic place to stay!
This was a wonderful hotel with all kinds of places around it to eat or just drive to...shopping centers...just about anything you could want/need. I would recommend it to anyone. The price range was was excellent too.

Would our not let us check in early.
We needed to check in early. To start working a the show at 1:oop.m. They refused to have a room ready. But when we Expedia involved in the problem. They had a room ready in 15 minutes.
