Great Place - Bad Customer Service
Booked a condo for vacation with the family. Two nights into our vacation we received a call that an immediate family member had died. Even though we had booked ResortQuest properties before, ResortQuest declined to give us our money back for the remainder of our stay, stating the condo required a three night minimum stay. We were not aware of that stipulation. Expedia did offer a discount coupon to be used towards another trip. We will not book ResortQuest properties again.

Not overly impressed but not a dump
It was aesthetically attractive from the outside. The accommodations were presentable but not impressed with the cleanliness or condition of some of the interior. Closet doors didn’t work, screen doors off hinges, tv in master suite was garbage. Crumbs from previous guests still on dining chairs. Mirrors and walls needed serious cleaning. Overwhelming smell of paint as we walked in our suite that gave you a headache. Don’t think I’d go back.
