nice hotel
The only problem I encountered was that there was a loud wedding party across the hall. It lasted until 3 am. It was poor planning on the hotel’s part for putting me in the room. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

Everyone deserves a second chance
Our stay was excellent. The room did look like someone had stayed in it and it did have a pee smell in it but our other room was perfect. Everything was clean and put together. Very enjoyable. I would still recommend it to my friends. I believe everyone should get a second chance!

decent place to stay
Overall satisfied, however the sheets on one of the beds were stained and had no mattress pad. The staff brought up linens straight away. Great little restaurant downstairs for breakfast.

Great hotel at a great price - highly recommended
Of all the hotels in the Richmond West End/Glen Allen area, this is by far the nicest and most accommodating. The hotel is clean, the beds are new and ultra comfortable, and the staff is top notch. The hotel is convenient to many of the area business, restaurants, shopping, etc.
