Wonderful! Wish we could go back today.
Everything was wonderful. The pool area is unique and very nice. Port Douglas is a great area to spend a few days. Lots of activities to keep everyone busy. The hotel was perfect if you just wanted to relax by the pool and eat in their resturant. Great place
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
The snorkeling trip with Calypso - Tropical Journeys was a trip of a life-time for us. Also visiting the Rainforest Habitat Wildlife Sanctary and having breakfast with the birds was information and fun. Great location in Australia to spend a few days sightseeing or relaxing. We also did a Daintree river cruise with Mick through the Daintree River Cruises. It was very interesting to see the wild crocs.

They were nice little condos and the people there treated us well.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
It was also a great location to getting to things. Only about 5 minutes from downtown port douglas and inbetween a lot of the cities with major attractions.
