Special Check-In Instructions
Reception is open from 7 AM– 11 PM. If checking in outside of these hours, an envelope containing the room key will be left on a welcome stand outside the reception building. A house phone is also available at this point for connection to resort live-in staff (emergencies/problems only).

On-site recreation includes a 25-metre four-lane lap pool in addition to three lagoon-style pools (two of which are connected to two dedicated children’s pools). Guests may also take advantage of a fitness centre, which operates daily; minimal surcharges apply for each use. A miniature golf course is available free of charge (with clubs available at reception), and the resort also offers two floodlit tennis courts (also free of charge, with racquets/balls available at and bookings taken by reception). Bikes may be hired for half- and full-day use. The resort offers a designated walking/bike track which is thankfully flat, although bikes may also be taken outside the resort. A number of barbecues with adjoining covered seating are positioned throughout Rendezvous Reef Resort.
Day spas and golf courses are within approximately 1 km of the resort. Local bus service takes guests directly from the resort to the nearby Rainforest Habitat wildlife sanctuary and the Port Douglas village centre.
