Great service, very nice staff, hotel needs to be updated.

While the hotel itself needs to be renovated, I have never been in such a clean facility. Also, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful which overcame the broken elevator and hairdryer. For the price, it was exactly what I expected, except for the staff - they were wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about all of them

Service is terrible

Breakfast took 1.5 hours. Servers were unprofessional, we waited more then 15 minutes just to server first time approached to us, then they mixed up the order. A family with a children left without a breakfast - could not wait longer

Room should have been better.

Orginal room was in disrepair, sink was stopped up, bathtub stopper did not work, room had bad smell. Although after we complained to front desk, a new room was given, we still had to move. Desk said they already had work order in place for room repairs, however they still placed us there orginally. Poor management!! Will not go there again.

Adequate for my needs.

Rooms were clean however I needed to change rooms because the bathtub drain was clogged. The staff was very pleasant and moved me without question.

Clean, quiet, and close to the new airport.

Shuttle service is great

Shuttle service was prompt and very helpful getting us to the airport for a very early flight. Hotel staff called us 10 mins after check-in to make sure everything in the room in proper working order and to our liking. I would stay here again.

Clean, friendly people, comfy beds and even comfier pillows - good hot breakfast - would stay again.

Good enough for the races

I picked this hotel for its convenience to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway - We were in Indy for the inaugural MotoGP race. The breakfast was great and the place was nice enough to do the job.

good for the weekend

hotel was tucked away from other hotels so it was nice because you didn’t have a whole lot of traffic around. You don’t even hear the planes going overhead, it was surprisenly quiet.

Very Convienient Location

If you want to be close to the airport and close to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway this hotel fills the bill. Nothing fancy, just a good clean room with friendly staff and a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

It was OK

Breakfast was reasonably good. Hotel is older, tired, needs remodeling, new carpet, etc.

Nice Stay

Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Hot breakfast was very good every morning. Only wish they had a few more channels on the TV.

False advertising

According to your advertising, this is a park free and fly hotel. Upon arrival I was told that they have requested you do not advertise this as such and was charged to park there while I was gone.

Safe place to wait for your flight

Stayed overnight. Nothing fancy. Clean, service very good-staff friendly and helpful, comfy bed and nice to have breakfast and a ride to airport in the morning. A bit run down, may want to bring ear plugs if light sleeper due to planes flying overhead.

A great choice if you are catching a plane the next morning.

5 minutes from the Indy airport with hotel shuttle service. Everything about this hotel was very nice and one of the best we’ve stayed in. The hotel staff were excellent. The room was large and bathroom was super clean, firm beds (but not too firm). The room was amazingly quiet for being next to the airport & I-465; this is due to the fact they have sliding insulating shutters on the windows! There is a lovely top-notch restaurant on the premises, varied menu amd inexpensive. The hotel offers a free hot breakfast buffet with scambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pastries, and good coffee! The dining room staff were also excellent. We have stayed in far more expensive hotels that couldn’t match this one.

Good Hotel

Everyone at the hotel was very courteous and helpful except for the old man working the night shift. Breakfast was good and the service was great. It is very close to the speedway and to the RCA dome. I was pleasantly surprised.

Not impressed

Our flight arrived late (after midnight) so I called ahead to make sure there would be someone at the front desk to check us in when we arrived. When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby was empty and there was no one at the front desk. My husband had to call the front desk from the lobby phone to rouse the desk attendant from a back office. We will not stay at this hotel again...even for one night.
