Excellent Night’s Rest
Sir: The room was everything one would expect in a Holiday Inn. Of all things, the restaurant in the motel was superb. The food, while not exotic, was well prepared and delicious.

Disappointed
Our room had trash from previous visitors and then our room was not cleaned twice during our stay. Room service never answered the phone. When we attempted to talk with the front desk we were confronted with the clerk involved in what seemed to be a personal conversation with a young man with a huge unleashed dog. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Underwhelmed
At this price, particularly in Cumberland (not a high cost of living), I expected much more. The hotel has not been updated, and more disturbingly, the shower curtain was moldy, and the tub did not want to drain. The trash can liners were simply lying on top of the cans - I can obviously do that myself, but found myself thinking, "What exactly, am I paying for?" I will not be returning to this hotel.
