Bad customer Service
I wasn’t really impressed with this hotel, ,although the facilities were very nice, i can’t say the same about the customer service. Although we were promised an early checking when we booked the hotel, we were only able to check in after 4 hours in one of the rooms and after 12 hours for the other. The executive sweets are overrated and the lounge is usually empty and charges for internet access so it’s not worth paying the extra money for it.

Rooftop pool has a spectacular view! Service at the hotel was superb!!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Get a map when you arrive. Lots of attractions nearby, but few are within close walking distance. Beirut has almost no traffic lights, so walking is a hazard anyway. Get some advice on good restaurants, clubs and bars. You will not find the most chic places without some local assistance.

Avoid this one
It’s really a shame. The hotel rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, but the hotel services are really poor. The hotel restaurants and in-room dining are very poor and I suggest you completely avoid them.
