Can’t wait to go back...
Overall stay was excellent. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood which means if you want to rest from the noise of the city this place is ideal for you. Also, it’s located right on the beach. A few steps away and you’re on the beach. You can rent beach chairs from Mr. Jim (nice guy) at reasonable price or you can stay by the pool and catch a few sun rays there. Hotel service was nice. There’s a restaurant right by the hotel. They serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner (bar) and drinks as well. Price of food served was reasonable. Dinner + tip + drinks = $50 for 2 people. There is nothing else around (no stores). If you want to buy something outside the hotel, you will need to rent a car. There’s nothing within walking distance. My wife and I had a wonderful time at Highland Beach and we’ll definitely come back there.

Paradise on the Beach
If you need to relax this is the place to go. The room itself was a bit outdated, and the patio chairs a bit dirty, but other than that, this was paradise. The Atlantic Ocean on one side, the Intercoastal on the other. The pool, the hot tub. Who can ask for more?

Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, a short car ride away. Restaurants, shops, cafes, art galleries. An oasis in South Florida.
