Suited purpose
The hotel was satisfactory. Front desk help was either knowledgeable or not depending on who was working. Not overly friendly and sometimes there wasn’t even anyone there. Sleep number bed was okay, but not the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Had fun at the hibachi grill. Kind of out of the middle of things so walking anywhere was not really possible. Would probably try another hotel if I was to return to the area.

In the middle of Old Flagstaff!
Very clean, spacious, and pleasing to be in the room. The lobby had exquisite oriental intricate artwork - gorgeous!

The town of Williams was withing 1/2 hour drive and it had many good restaurants with fabulous pies, and modest prices.

A ver good hotel
Radisson hotel is a very good place to stay in while visiting Flagstaff. The hotel is nice. Rooms are very clean. Place is quiet, unlike other places close to railroads. The only thing that I felt was uncomfortable are the Sleep Number Beds. They were not as comfortable as I thought they would be. Other than that, I recommend Radisson Hotel for Flagstaff visitors.

High priced hotel
Room had Stains on Floor Bathroom Wall had a Hole in it. No Ice machine on 2nd floor. ( had to go upstairs). They do not enforce their "compact" car parking. Every space was full with SUV’s and Mini-vans. We own a VW Beetle. Its "compact". We had to park way around on the side of the hotel. The lobby is very nice.

We agree, that it is hard to enforce compact parking requirements - we must rely on the consideration of our guests to park larger vehicles in larger parking spaces and let guests with small vehicles claim the ’compact’ spaces. More of a concern are the stains and the hole -- this is something we will research and address ASAP to ensure the issue is corrected as it is certainly not our standard. We would ask that guests with issues like this be sure to let us know immediately so that we can fix the problem during your guest stay. Nice hotel
I loved it and will be booking for next year. The Sleep Number beds were nice to check out too.

make no mistake - this is your plain vanilla motel but with wi-fi (which was nice). very average place and perhaps a little over-priced for a fri night summer stay

Radisson lives up to expectations
Radisson Woodlands hotel in Flagstaff lives up to expectations. The location was with lots of stores, restaurants, etc. nearby. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly. They helped me find my way to the hotel since my GPS was throwing me off. I would have liked complementary breakfast in the morning, but maybe I did not choose the right package. Overall, nice place and well worth it.

One suggestion...
when booking a room, ask for a room in the main building. The hotel has an annex that is accessed by an elevated causeway. It’s far removed from the restaurants and other services and staying there diminishes the otherwise positive experience. Other than that, this is one of the better hotel choices in the Flagstaff area. I know, I’ve tried many of them.

Nice Hotel and convenient area
We only stayed for one night and unfortunately the AC was not working and the technician could not fix it. The window would open but was missing the screen so we finally settled for fan - just OK The help showed up right away though.

Great Service
Nice quiet location set back in the trees. Didn’t sleep very well the first night because of feather pillows that flatten down to nothing. Told the front desk about it and asked for more pillows. When we came back from breakfast, they had already brought us foam pillows! Friendly, helpful staff!

Try the Railroad Cafe for breakfast. It’s about 2 miles away (next to Walmart). The food is great and so is the service.

Good value
This hotel was conveniently located with many food establishments and stores just a short car ride away. We had to complain to the front desk about some noisy kids who were running wild, and the problem was immediately addressed. The coin laundry was a great feature, we did a load of wash and went home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. The room was fairly large, and we took advantage of the free internet in the lobby. We also enjoyed all the referral cards in the lobby that offered discounts to nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and maintained. We would definitely consider staying here if we were back in Flagstaff. The terrific rate that we got from Expedia was the main reason we chose this hotel, along with the favorable reviews which, happily, turned out to be accurate.

There are lots of dining options nearby. We chose to eat outside of the hotel, and there was certainly no shortage of economical and delicious choices.

fine hotel
We stayed in a suite and it was comfortable. The decor and paint were a little old but not dirty. I personally did not like the sleep number bed. The hotel staff was EXCELLENT!

Good spot for the Money
Hotel was very easy to find, and offered us a nice clean room for our two nite stay. They also gave us a fridge at no extra charge, which was very nice. The hallways are a little worn, but who cares. The room was spacious for two adults and clean. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Flagstaff Radisson
Nice hotel, with good sized rooms. The Sleep Number Beds are not as comfortable as I thought they would be. Hotel restaurant has great food. I would stay there again.

Not bad for a Radisson
The hotel looked very nice on the inside and had a nice-looking restaurant and bar area, however, the food was nowhere near as good as the decor. The rooms were a bit small, but cozy, however, the sleep number bed was awful. A bad idea for a hotel where people normally don’t stay more than two or three nights.

Many guests enjoy ’finding their sleep number’ and choosing how firm or soft their mattress is, especially if they are staying multiple nights; however, for those guests that prefer a regular standard mattress, please let our staff at the front desk know as we do have Standard guestrooms available with a standard mattress to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

By far, the best in Flagstaff
I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone very kind and helpful. Great service and lots of "extras" like internet, resurant, taxi service.

If you are using their recommended taxi service for connecting to train, plane or bus...your ride is free. Taxis are prompt, clean and drivers are friendly.

Service was great
My husband and I stayed for two nights - a Saturday and Sunday. The first room we were assigned was not kept long. This was due to a loud "air mover" noise somewhere in the wall that caused a lot of noise and one picture on the wall to vibrate to the point we could hear it. The staff cheerfully moved us to another room where we would actually be able to sleep. The other room faced the front of the hotel, and a freight train went by early both mornings. The tracks were far across from the hotel - but nonetheless the noise woke us up. Overall, the hotel is clean, safe, comfortable, and the staff we spoke with were all very polite and accommodating.

Nice Place
Hotel was very nice. Staff were professional and friendly. We chose this hotel because we thought the sleep number beds would be very comfortable - they were not as comfortable as we thought. The Japanese restaurant was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay.
