Good all-round hotel
Visited with my wife and we found nothing to complain about. Free internet (wi-fi), decent rooms and friendly personel.

Quaint and Comfortable in Uppsala
First Hotel Linne, a comfortable place to stay when visiting the University, especially during the Bonfire festival. Small rooms with character: mine overlooked the garden and I loved the free Internet, soft armchairs. The breakfast is among the very best in Sweden, worth the stay. Beds were a little small and hard but who needs sleep when there are bonfires?

First Hotel Linne
I think this hotel used to be a dormitory... the rooms are compact and efficient, clean as imaginable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is quite nice, with a nice selection of places to sit and enjoy your coffee, overlooking Linneaeus’ garden. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s a great place for a business traveller.
