Location seemed to be good
Room was nice and they seem to be remodeling the hotel. The business center was good and the staff there was the best in the hotel. I have to say the food was not good and the service there poor. I would also say do not use the dry cleaning service , it was terrible.

WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. We had to constantly ask for towels. The water in the shower was COLD with the pressure not being strong at all. Housekeeping was awful. We had to wait on all services throughout the hotel for a translator, EVERYDAY. The best part of this trip were the tours we took. And not surprising.. I left my camera on the table and immediately called from the airport. What a surprise, housekeeping reported finding my magazines, but not the camera that was on top of the magazines. When EXPEDIA called on my behalf, they were told by the hotel, they had the wrong number.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Take the city tour. Don’t do the waterfall tour June - November. Forget Monkey Isle. Tips are already included in most activities and food.
