Great if you want to eat in for some easy meals
Location of hotel was wonderful.I walked to everything I was there to do.Staff were very nice and always helped with whatever question or request I had. The rooms are sparsely decorated and street noise was really loud, but its a city and you get used to it. Bed was comfortable I was a single and it was two beds pushed together,so I couldnt spread out because the beds would separate, but that didnt bother me too much, but one big bed would have been nice. I was there for 6 nights, had to wait for my room about 2 hours having arrived around 1130am,a little tough after a all night flight, but that happens anywhere when you arrive at a hotel in the morning, only way out of that is to book the night before. The rooms were quite large, took me awhile to figure out how to use the stove, but was very happy to be able to cook breakfast and keep food in the fridge.Their was a Marks ans Spenser food outlet about 2 blocks away. Bathroom was quite large for Europe, only problem was mold in the bathtub. I would definitely stay here again
I went mainly to see shows and operas. With the rate of exchange do some researchyou never have to pay full price, there are mainy sites where you can get discounted theatre tickets before you arrive in London or go to the offical TKTS booth on the day of the show you want to see.

great apartment hotel
great location and room was huge & clean 1br apart. the small kitchen was help us to cook right meal there. The bed we stay maybe little small but we were okay to fit. good view very quiet. the hotel stuffs are extremely nice and they were willing to help us. it was very fine days when we visited so that we didt worry about AC but if the weather was cold or hot, maybe need extra AC because windows were bit old and didt close completely. I will definitely go back there.

Decent Place...but NO AIR
We visited in the beginning of July and London doesnt get too hot BUT being from the US, we are accustomed to A/C so BEWARE the rooms dont come furnished with a unit. We had to get the front desk to round us up a portable one from somewhere (storage maybe...not sure). At any rate, other than no A/C, the hallways are VERY old looking but the rooms are a nice charming surprise once you open the door. Overall, it was worth it.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Probaly one of the most economical place close to Buckingham Palace.
