Really helpful people, really poor convience to downtown Pittsburgh
While the hotel was rather inconvient to downtown, the van service was incredible. We could go downtown, ask to be picked up on the hour and they were there patiently waiting. We did not have a car and the neighborhood of the hotel was difficult to get around in. There is only one sports bar within walking distance, but the food was good and the prices reasonable (although when you walked it felt like you were taking your life in your hands). There were a couple other places but we did not try them out. The drivers went to the hospital, downtown, casino and other places, no problem. Taxi fare was not too bad. The rooms were comfortable and overall neat. Breakfast was pretty good (did not try their happy hour). The value for the price was really good.

A really nice place.
Great place to stay, nice quiet area and good service. The room was cleaned each day and even though it was a smoking room it did not smell like smoke.

Pittsburgh Weekend Away
Needed an inexpensive hotel for one night - found the setting very relaxing - the hotel was not the most luxurious, but the price was reasonable - offered complimentary breakfast and parking - would recommend for a short stay.
