Value priced
This had everything we were looking for. Washer/dryer, kitchen, a nice pool for the kids and it was clean. The beds and pillows were hard and lumpy, so I wouldn’t rate this as luxury - but for the price it was a safe, clean place to stay while visiting the parks. I would most definitely stay here again.

Convenient and nice inside
Arrived early and everyone was very helpful and friendly. They offered to see if our room was ready and to let us check in 3 hours early. It wasn’t but they found another one. The only problem was we didn’t think to ask about view from new room, so view was not very good and it was on 3rd floor instead of 1st. However, the employees tried very hard to accomodate us. Once in the room, it was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable! Great kitchen with everything you need to have meals in instead of eating out every meal. The location is fantastic...about 5 minutes from Disney and on the main strip in Kissimmee. Though the outside looks old and not luscious, the inside is great. Security was very evident and alert. Great tennis courts and nice pool. Would definitely go back.
Super Target and Publix grocery store close. Go to the grocery store and enjoy some meals in room. Also, we were able to find tickets to the theme parks and shows much cheaper at nearby ticket shops. We found some where you did not have to go to timeshare presentation. They were just reselling unused tickets. Saved lots of money.
