A good choice for the area
For the amount of time spent in the room - the room was big enough for the three of us. The Concierge very helpful in booking day tours. Close to the Metro

Terrific all around!
Get out of your box when you travel outside of your country, and you’ll find that no matter where you go, there you are. Loved being near Kensington Gardens, transportation, a grocery store, Starbucks :-) and all places in between. It’s small, it’s quaint, it had a tiny elevator, great stairs, a terrific shower, and I would go back again.

It is Ok
It is a fine hotel for a basic stay in London, location worked very well for us. Its worth the money but not much more. Bar area is very nice, bed was decently comfortable, and the way the windows are set up we found nice. One thing that really bugged us was how dirty the floor was directly under the sink, rest of the bathroom was clean, rest of the rooms were clean but absolutely filthy under the sink. That being said we would probably stay there again, its worth the money, we would probably just ask for that area to be cleaned next time.
