Asleep at the wheel
Service at the reception desk alone was up to scratch for this hotel chain. Concierge was rarely manned, phones never answered, porter service very slow and the restaurant service was disinterested. An upmarket Fawlty Towers.

extremely impressed
this hotel blew me away. stayed for 10th year anniversary and was extremely impressed. the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as accommodating. i would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

you have to visit the farmers market. just a short trolley ride but you can get lots of souvenirs at reasonable prices.

Great Hotel
This hotel was fantastic. Only criticism is that the room size is a bit small.
