Not Impressed
This was one of the worst experiences I have had ever. The pool was too cold, the room were in was right next to the exterior door, so every time people came in or out all night the door would slam shut and we could hear all of the converstions going on. Also we had a non smoking room but reall whats the point when all the guests stand outside your window all night and their smoke comes through the air conditioner.The sheets on our bed had holes in it that looked like cigarette burns. And the hotel staff didn’t contact me after they told me they would make it right. DON’T STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET ANY REST!!!!!!!!!

Posted: 16-Oct-09I apologize for the experience you had at our hotel. Thank you for the detailed critique as we strive to improve from each one received. Our pool is set to summer, which is 80*F+/-.It was recently closed for painting and the heater was off resulting in the drop in temp. As we head into fall season and weather cools down the pool temp will increase to a cozy 85*F +/-. These stairway/entry guest rooms are available at a discounted rate because of their location and potential exposure to noise. We have 4 available, of 150, considering a price benefit. Your dismay in relation to the sheets is noted and will be brought to the attention and resolution of our housekeeping. It is our mission to deliver the best quality and service providing memorable experiences to each guest everyday. I hope you will try us again and see we truly value your feedback.

Reasonably nice stay
This is a reasonably priced hotel. The staff were pleasant, the location convenient, the room clean, but that pool is too cold.
