VERY NICE
I cerntainly would come back to this hotel! All the crew were very nice and tried to help me in all issues that I had asked, even when did not concern with the hotel. The hotel is a very nice construction and the bed was really confortable. Is VERY WELL located! in front of the acess of train station and at the same time besides the center and the nice theaters and shops. I also had dinner over there and was lovely...
Traveler's tip on shopping
I was surprise how UK are cheap now. they have a store called TKMAX... (Market Street)GIRLS, prepare your wallet, because you will find tresure over there for a really low price. I also recomment the modern art gallery. Could listen a lovely violine concert for free.

Much Better Than Expected
I booked this hotel as Ive never been to Manchester before and it was a stellar deal. My 9 night 10 day stay here was just amazing. The hotel was very nice and fantastic to stay in for 2 people. It was in walking distance to everything and that sealed the deal! I recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to my next trip here.

Palace Hotel 4 Stars But No Hot Water
I was there for 8 days. The last two days I could not take a shower because they had no hot water. The internal climate control system was out of order at the end of my stay, so it was somewhat cold at night. The windows provide no noise isolation whatsoever. So, when the local party boys and girls leave the bars (under influence) at night you can hear them screaming. At the time of my checkout I communicated my complaints to the shift manger. The manager offered me a late checkout so I could take a shower later during the day. I did not accept the offer as it would definitely create more inconveniences for me, and was not nearly enough to change my dissatisfaction with the hotel. Needless to say I will never see you again! The hotel markets itself as a 4-star, if fact it is about 2 stars at the most.
