Not that impressed for 5 star rating, should be 4 stars.

Never buy anything anything in hotel, bottle of water cost 9 euro which is $15 US dollars, In the market its 1 euro.

Loved it!
This hotel is gorgeous, the service is fabulous. It is an old-fashioned European hotel, the sort of place one reads about in 19th century novels about the travels of the very wealthy. The room was not huge, but certainly adequate. The evening maid service (in addition to morning) was wonderful. The spa and swimming pool and exercise room were great. Most impressive were the staff members - all were gracious, helpful, kind. My only warning: the restaurant is VERY expensive! Best to walk across the street to the Old City, where there are loads of restaurants and cafes. The location of this hotel for sight-seeing couldn’t be better.

Excellent hotel. Everything is first rate. Only complaint is the limited TV /movie selection.
