Best feature - the water park
The hotel itself is fairly average and like most buildings in Guam it could do with a little bit more maintenance and/or whitewashing, the humidity makes them appear pretty mouldy very quickly. The highlight is the waterpark which my kids loved. The staff were also very friendly.

Great water park but old hotel rooms
PIC has the best water park I’ve ever been to, but their hotel rooms are quite old and out-dated, very humid, noisy. To stay at PIC, we had great water fun, but not comfortable night sleep.
PIC has very good facilities fit all age group needs.
