weekend getaway
Checked in to the hotel and they gave us a room that I requested but we did have some setbacks due to the room had some water damage. But we did have rain for 3 straight days and some flooding issues in the surrounding areas. The hotel staff accomediated us by moving us to another suite that was exactly the same. They made sure that it met are needs and everything was to our satisfaction. Clean hotel and enjoyed the jacuzzi. Very nice and I would recommend this hotel.

Fixer upper
This hotel needs alot of TLC. The rooms were dirty and needed alot of work. I checked out 3 rooms, two were dirty and two needed maintenance. One heater didn’t work at all and the other was making a high squeeling noise. There was standing water in one of the bathtubs, the counters in the bathrooms were dirty, the door handle was so loose I almost got locked in the bathroom and the toilet paper was partially used. The service was accommodating. The receptionist did do everything she could, but we were running out of time and we came early to check in so we went somewhere else.
