not impressed - very dirty
Although the woman behind the counter was very courteous, the room itself was not kept. There was unused condoms in the drawers, no remote to the television set and the only channels available were in Spanish only. It would have been nice to be fluent in Spanish.

Pictures are deceiving
the pictures of the actual hotel is nothing like the hotel. once we got the there it looked run down and not applicable to the howard johnson reputation. the furniture was old and all scratched up while the door to our room wouldnt shut. it took a while for the maintanance people to help us. We got exactly what we paid for and will not stay in another Howard johnson.the bath tub was nasty looking and as if they didnt clean.

Not impressed
had to change rooms acct tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, only one towel. Next room not a whole lot better, bad conditions in room, rooms way over priced.
