Not Impressed at All!!!!
The girl that waited on us by the name of Andrea, if that is her real name ? She was very reluctent in giving us her name, that waited on us basically lied to us and very rude, did not make our stay pleasant at all. I tryed to tell her it was my wedding anniversary, but that didn’t seem to phase her one bit, she was not letting her guard down and therefore I will not recommend this hotel to my worst enemey.I feel when you make reservations for a certain room or request and your paying for it up front, I feel they they should at least try to comidate you as best they can. Esp. for a special occasion, and that didn’t happen instead she was rude and lied to us.I feel if your making a reservation up front and paying for it you should have first choice as to where you would like to be if it is availible.

Hotel OK, Management rude
Some rooms had a minifridge and others didn’t. they were taking them out as they were "remodeling" them. Which doesn’t make sense to me. They claimed you could rent dvds for free but we didnt have a dvd player. We went to the front desk to get one but our tv didnt have hook ups for one and they told us there was nothing they could do. The place is more of a motel which is fine for us college students but there was a restaurant attached and it was super expensive and didnt really match where we were staying. They also didn’t allow you to bring your own drinks to the pool. The beach was right by the hotel but it’s a non-alcoholic beach.

DON’T GO TO WEST PALM BEACH. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Great place to stay
The staff was very friendly, older hotel but clean would so certainly come back. Beautiful views and great food.
