Cutting Corners & Customer Awareness
We were disappointed that the coffee machine was not cleaned out and soaps were not restocked during our stay. Seemed like they were cutting corners. We were completely unaware the breakfast downstairs was not complimentary - no signage was evident in the lobby. We were presented with a bill and were shocked at the price - high price for a breakfast buffet that was not adequately stocked and most items were overcooked and cold, even at 7:30 a.m. The pool was very small.
