This hotel smelled like Mildew
The room smelled like mildew. I would really ask to smell the room before they assign you one. The room smelled foul. I would not stay in this hotel again .

honest assessment
My honest assessment was that for the money, this was a good hotel. I stayed Labor Day weekend 2009 and this hotel was definitely cheaper than many others around it. The lobby was nice, the pool was nice, the breakfast was nice. The rooms were fine. My main complaint was that when we checked in, our rooms smelled pretty musty (its an older hotel)...so this was confusing as to why they wouldnt be aware of this. But, we promptly told the desk clerk and he moved us to different rooms which were fine. However, if the hotel were fully booked and I were forced to stay in the musty rooms (room 104 and one directly across), i would have had a big problem.
