Wonderful stay at the Super 8 in Dartmouth, NS, Canada
The Super 8 in Dartmouth is very close to the ferry landing. The ferry is the fastest way to get to downtown Halifax - it’s also very picturesque! On rainy days, the Super 8 proves to be a great location: it’s very close to great Dartmouth museums (The Quaker House and the Evergreen House), which you might miss, if you’re staying in Halifax. The service is efficient and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms should satisfy your need for comfort and privacy.

Best choice for Halifax trip
The hotel was in an excellent location. Excellent restauants were nearby. It was only two blocks from the ferry to downtown Halifax ($2.00 each way). Expanded continental breakfast was substantial and included in room price. We were upgraded to a suite, so we were absolutely delighted with our accommodation.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
By using the ferry to go to downtown Halifax, one saves the cost of parking in the city. Also, having breakfast in the motel saves that cost for the individual or family.
