One of Saskatoon’s best
Saskatoon Inn is one of the nicest places to stay in Saskatoon. It is close to the airport and downtown. The ambiance of the indoor gardens is very calming and the rooms are large and quiet. The only downside is that the restaurant is a little high end in price without being high end in service and selection. For the price of all the meals, one could expect a little higher quality service and more selection.

Nice people but needs renovation
Good service, but furnishings and condition of bathtub etc were poor in the room we stayed in. Mattress and pillows uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Could see that ’in its’ day’ the hotel was likely at the top, but appeared and felt ’tired’.

The Saskatoon Inn is an established hotel in the city of Saskatoon and has always prided itself on providing personal service to all of our guests. We are also unique in the fact that we are the only hotel in the city that provides an indoor botanical garden within the courtyard featuring tropical plants, running streams and natural sunlight provided by 4 large skylights. Please accept my sincere apologies that we left you with a less than favorable impression on the condition and décor of our guest rooms. You will be glad to know that the Saskatoon Inn will be under going a multi million dollar renovation over the next five years. However, in the meantime we have enacted a mattresses replacement program that provides a Serta Presidential Pillow Top mattress to our rooms. I promise that what you experienced is not the norm for our hotel and we hope that you will afford us the opportunity to regain your loyalty. Thank you again for your constructive feedback and please accept our apology for providing a less than positive experience for you.
