Don’t stay here...No heat!
We stayed here in November. The temperature high for the days we were there was about 40 degrees. They did not have the heat on, not did they turn it on after numerous calls to the front desk. They looked at me like I was from another planet when I asked why the heat wasn’t on. It was so cold I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was very dirty. Hairdryer had brown gunk all over the nozzle, coffee stains on the vanity, and a dirty floor. Please go somewhere else like the Millinium or the Marriott.

Close to the action
We wanted to stay close to Times Square so the location was perfect. It’s also close to the subway (then again what isn’t near Times Square), but it was very convenient getting to the broadway theatres. The staff at the front desk and the bell captains were very helpful. Good for tourists, but next time we’re going to stay further out when we explore outer New York.

NOT A RECOMMENDATION
Since we arrived the hotel was a mess. The room was not even made up and someone stayed there event he amenities were used. We had to make up the room.The cleaness was disgusting, the toillets has funguses and so the bathroom curtains. I was truely disappointed from sheraton resorts I wont recommend this hotel!
