Very nice
The hotel had two doors to the room. One went outside the other was for inside the hotel. The staff was nice and friendly..

Everything was good except the pool,(was horrible)
we stayed two nights in the hotel but did not got to use the pool. In the pictures it looks Huge but it is VERY small, the water was Green, Nasty. The breakfast was Good, AC was not on when we got to the room, it was extrimely Hot in there. Maids are hard working women (very clean rooms)

Perfect place to stay for Richmond Nascar races
This hotel is clean, easy to find, and has a Perkins restaurant attached to it. Your stay includes 2 free breakfasts at Perkins each morning! Rooms include a microwave and mini-frige and are spacious. The beds were VERY comfortable. The staff were friendly and everything was spotless. We won’t stay anywhere else but here when in town for the races.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
It’s an easy on and off to interstate 295, and just a 10 minute drive to Richmond International Raceway. In fact, we allowed so much time to get through traffic..and we didnt’ need it from this hotel. Easiest race weekend we’ve ever had! Also, there is a Wafflehouse right next door that you can walk to. Various shopping centers are also very close by.

Very Nice Hotel
Quality Inn And Suites was very nice. The people were very nice too. I will stay at this hotel again next year at around the same date as this year.

EXTERIOR Motel Rooms Facing a Truck Stop!
This hotel had rooms on the exterior. I have a 2 and 6 year old that I did not feel comfortable staying with rooms outside. Not to mention, our room view was a "TRUCK STOP". Everything seem to be old, but clean. However, I would not recommend this hotel. I tried cancelling this reservation at check-in, but was denied b/c of the 24 hour rule. Not happy that my family and I felt obligated to stay at a hotel I was not satisfied.

it was okay
The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. I was not impressed with the room. It seemed old and sort of musky. I would go back because of the convenience of the hotel and it’s proximity to other food venues, the highway and stores.

Great Overnighter Needs Upgrade
What was touted as a fitness room, only was a hole_in_the_wall second floor ex-bedroom. There was an airconditioner, but it was out of service. No attention to detail there at all. They need to invest in a top quality room near the swimming pool area, and add a spa and/or jacuzzi.

Reasonable hotel
This is an older hotel and shows some wear. There was a fault in the smoke detector system while we were there which caused all alarms to go off several times - luckily in the daytime. Coming back to the hotel late (post midnight) was a challenge to find a door we could enter - the one open door did not admit one to the desk. Not major - just inconvenient. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walls were thin and tvs could be heard in adjoining rooms during the evening. Located between Richmond and a major amusement park is keeping the room rates up I suspect.
