Good tip
The hotel is nice, but the staff is not friendly there. The breakfast is ok, but if you need internet, forget it. I spent one day in the hotel and the internet, which is paid separately, was not working. The hotel is close to the most interesting attractions in Pisa!

Close to attractions!
The hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. The Leaning Tower and Duomo were across the street. The mattress and the hair dryer left something to be desired, but the room was clean.The air conditioning worked well.

Location, Location, Location; unsurpassed
This hotel is fantastic and the location is unbeatable. It is so close to the Tower plaza that if the Tower fell over, it would almost hit your room. Great continental breakfast with more than just bread. Ask Sylvia at the front desk as she knows everything. Easy transportation modes right outside the front door. Very relaxed atmosphere. Clean and quiet.
To climb the Tower, you need a ticket with a designated time as they only allow 40 people up the narrow stair case about every 30 minutes. No back packs or large purses are allowed so just go back over to leave your gear at the Kinzica which is 2 minutes away. Stay time on top is short so get those pictures quickly but it is a must do experience.
