Five Stars does mean something
Was not very happy with my check in process - we were early and they wanted to charge us to use the club floor to freshen up -- and our room was not ready at the 2 pm check-in time. However, concierge service was amazing (and did allow me to use the club floor at no charge) throughout my entire stay. The service, quality and location of the hotel was great and I would be very happy to stay there again. Three of us stayed in a room and the room they provided us with was comfortable and of adequate size.

Use the Concierge service - it will save so much time and money -- not to mention all the local calls you do not need to make yourself.

Expensive but nice
Very expensive! I was charged a massive sum for currency exchange. 217 pounds back for 400 USD. It was late and I needed the money and the hotel was the only exchange place. The room was not worth the price. But the hotel is very nice.

Hope I’ll go bak to this hotel
Apart from the fact that the room was a bit too little when we had an extra bed in there for our kid, it was a great hotel. The two recommendations we got from the concierge regarding near by restaurants turned out to be excellent, too. The location is also very good - right in the center and right next to the underground station, and in spite of that - our room was very quite. We highly recommend this hotel.
