Not what you should expect from a four-star hotel
The lobby is definitely the only part of this hotel that is attractive. The outside of the hotel is in need of re-painting. The hallways appear run down and the carpets look more like straw and burlap. The rooms were of a similar quality with less-than-clean floors, uncomfortable sheets and a very average bathroom. I personally had to re-attach the in-room safe to it’s surrounding cabinet so that it could not be easily removed from the room. The staff is polite, but unhelpful. This hotel should be ranked as no more than a 1 - 2 star hotel.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The hotel is close to airport, which is convenient for early flights. But the taxi fare to the airport is price fixed at 21 euros. So it doesn’t really help very much. There are no other attaractions nearby and the hotel does not have any information about bus service for the nearby bus stop into the city center.

Airport convenience, but not so much more
Quite close to the Seville Airport, this hotel is opposite the Convention Center, in an area where we were advised to use the locked underground garage overnight (for less than $10, not part of Expedia’s deal). We had asked for a double bed, got side-by-side twins -- comfortable enough, but still. The air conditioning/heating units in our room and our daughters seemed not yet to be functioning for air conditions, and so the rooms stayed a bit warm.
