Penny Pinchers - clean and inexpensive
We don’t swim or care to work out. We just want the cheapest price. We also want clean. For penny pinchers this is it. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. There was a decent continental breakfast. It was right off the interstate, but was quiet. It’s an easy ride to St. Joseph or the Dune’s state parks. Close to several restaurants. I would go there again.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Great for a long weekend. We drove to St. Joseph and walked along the beautiful beach. The next day we drove to South Haven and shopped and walked along their beach. On the way home we stopped at Warren Dunes and walked up the sand hills. It was one of the best trips my husband and I have made. Michigan has done a fantastic job keeping their Michigan shores open for all to enjoy!

Not impressed
This hotel was in a good location for dinning in St. Joseph and the bike ride in Three Oaks. The bedding was in need of replacement (holes and very worn), the pillows were old and need to be replaced. The electrical outlet for the coffee pot was blown. Had to move the pot from sink area to desk to use. They need to invest money back into the hotel.

Great stay for the price
We enjoyed our stay, room was clean, front desk was very accommodating. Only problem was the fridge was unplugged when we checked in the room and this was one of the reasons we stayed here because I needed to keep insulin cold. After I plugged fridge in it was great. Will return and will reccommend to others. Breakfast was great as well (for continental).
