Excellent boutique hotel.
An excellent hotel in downtown Lucern, very close to the old town area. Approximately two blocks from the train station and bus complex. Close to the KKL concert hall. Rooms were very attractive and of average size. Bathroom had modern fixtures and was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Beds were comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Great Hotel, Greedy Waiter
Got a free upgrade to 6th FL w/ balcony, fantastic. Location is perfect+. Amenities are great except no pool no hot tub. Definitely come back. The waiter of its restaurant told us service/tip was included on the bill when he saw we had vouchers. All restaurants in Sitzerland added service. A greedy liar! Definitely not coming back.
