Fantastic Experience!
Every aspect of my stay here was wonderful. The hotel personnal were friendly, curteous and helpful. The room was BEAUTIFUL! It was so clean and well appointed with a refridgerator, microwave and coffee maker. My room overlooked the ocean with a sliding glass door and balcony. The ambiance was wonderful. I found the location very convienient. There were plenty of luggage carts available and an elevator near by. The ice machine & vending machines were also near by. I am already planning to return.

Request a room on the ocean side of the hotel. I saw this on a review I read before going. Sure enough, they were very happy to place me in an ocean side room.

Perfectly adequate but over priced
The hotel is fine; nothing special, but clean, functional and perfectly adequate. I just feel that it’s over priced for what it is. I guess that’s just because it’s in Santa Barbara in July and so there’s nothing you can do, but pay more to be there. The location was ok, but not great - it’s a bit far from the town center. The breakfast was very good. The organization was a little bizarre - we had to go to the restaurant next door, but it was good and the staff was friendly.
