Good location - service 50/50 - wouldn’t stay there again
The hotel is in a great location, and if you just want a place to crash and leave your suitcases, you may want to consider this place. The service was divided - there were some people who were fantastic, and others who were just, well, plain rude to guests. The classic case of burnt out staff who gets annoyed with customers, and work in customer service. The beds were okay, and if you stay here, do spring for the single suite - it is much nicer and more comfortable.

Good location, good hotel
This hotel was in a great location that made it easy to enjoy the attractions in Bath. My room was quite, clean, and comfortable.

Nice hotel in great location
We stayed in this hotel for one night and it was great. The rooms were very large for European standards and very clean. This location was within a few minutes walk to the Roman Baths and Abby. There was a charge for parking and we did feel that food prices were little high.
