Super8 ausau
Only vacuumed the room every other day. I asked them to change them sheets twice, they only did it once. The day before I left on the trip I injured my back slightly. Upon arrival at the hotel I told them what had happened and asked if I could have a downstairs room. The clerk told me if I wanted a downstairs room I should have told them when I booked the room, the, without even looking away to the computer or register, she also told me she had already rented all the downstairs rooms. I tried to explain that it had just happened the day before but she wasn’t interested.
