Nice Hotel and Location. Services need improving

The rooms were dirty. Even though we had a suite, the couches were stained, the curtains had chocolate stains on them. The motorised transport ("Tuk-Tuk") which takes you down to the bathing area at the Dead Sea was a disaster! There was no order to get on the vehicle...it was ’free-for-all"....pushing and shoving and fighting. Not a nice experience. Food was great. Breakfasts and Dinners were superb. Pool was dirty.

Not a 4 star at all

The hotel needs a good cleaning. The rooms smelled and the pool was oily with slimey floors. The food was tasteless but plentiful. I would expect to see this at a 2 star but not at a FOUR star.

Just ok

We stayed there for just one night, and it wasn’t that bad after all. Room was very good, as well as buffet food. But I wouldn’t go back. Hotel looks old and requires serious renovation. 80% of the guests were at least 30 years older than me (I am 25), which would be rather depressing if I stayed there for a long vacation. Hotel spa leaves a lot to be desired as well. I ordered hotel room late so I didn’t have much choice. But if you do, I’d recommend looking for something closer to the center of town and nicer.
