SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR ME BEING CLOSE TO GOUCHER COLLEGE. PARKING WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. HOTEL STAFF AT THE COUNTER WERE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. MY PROBLEM WAS THAT I STAYED FOR TWO NIGHTS AT THE HOTEL AND I EXPECTED THE ROOM TO BE FRESHENED UP AND CLEANED FOR THE OVERNIGHT STAY. IT WAS NOT EVEN AFTER I HAD INFORMED THE COUNTER STAFF THAT IT WASN’T CLEANED AND FRESHENED. WHEN I RETURNED TO THE ROOM THAT EVENING I WAS SO DISSAPOINTED THAT THE ROOM HADN’T BEEN DONE. ALL THAT WAS DONE WAS THAT I WAS GIVEN CLEAN TOWELS!!!! IN THE PAST HOLIDAY INN WAS A PLACE OF CHOICE FOR ME.. I REALLY HAVE TO RE-THINK THAT NOW AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE. I DID REQUEST AND IN FACT WAS GRANTED A ONE DAY REFUND THROUGH EXPEDIA BECAUSE OF THE ORDEAL..

This hotel was very elegant, from the view pulling into the hotel to the space of the room. Everything was nice and neatly in place, if I am ever in area of Baltimore will definitely stay there again.

Very well appointed and pet friendly hotel in a great location outside Baltimore; easy commute into the city, but also great attractions right in Towson.
