This hotel is at the very bottom of my list
1. Their terms are very confusing. Double room means twin beds room. If you want one big bed for two people, you need to ask for double bed room. 2. Staff members are not fluent in English. Unless you can speak French or German, stay away from this hotel will save you a lot of trouble. 3. No air conditioning in their rooms, but they claim that they do. 4. Don’t miss the shuttle bus or you will be paying 65 Swiss Frans for the taxi ride to the hotel or to airport 5. Tiny room, out-dated design and very pricey. 6. They have a water dispenser, but it is always empty. 7. Overall, this hotel is at the very bottom of my list.
