Would definitely stay here again
I’m in the customer service and quality assurance business. My experience with this hotel was entirely positive. It was easy to find. There was plenty of parking. The lobby and hotel rooms were lovely, comfortable, and very clean. My room was a third-floor balcony room overlooking the Parkway with a view of the water -- and yet, I couldn’t hear a bit of traffic with the balcony door closed. And to top it all off: the attendant at the front desk was exceptional -- not just to me, but to everyone who came in the door as I sat in the lobby. I was very impressed; I wish I’d gotten her name to give her individual praise.
