Older hotel- staff not service oriented.
This hotel is older and not rennovated- the staff was pleasant for the most part but not helpful- they stood by and watched as we worked to get through the manual door with bags in hand rather than helping with the door but were very prompt about making sure we paid the extra $10 fee they neeeded for our small, kenneled dog to stay with us. The beds are very hard-like an older hotel had. To give them credit, the place was worn but seemed clean.

Clean & quiet but no frills & pretty basic ...
Hotel appears to be family owned (or family run) at this writing [summer ’09] and the service was quite good though I didn’t require much at all. The facility was quite basic with smaller rooms and little in the was of extras or frills. Quite clean except for traces of mold/scum on the edge of the shower curtain. I’d give it two stars but no more.
