Good value
Stayed at Fairfield for business travel. Received a great rate for the hotel which made the stay more enjoyable. Everything was as stated in the information on-line. The fitness room was minimal but offered a tread-mill which I used. Would enjoy more if the TVs were updated. (Especially the one in the fitness room which was very blurry and had ghosted images on every channel). Free self-serve breakfast offering in the morning was a plus and saved both time and money.

Wonderful Hotel
Every time I stay at Fairfield Inn the service is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. I always enjoy my stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff
I did have 2 problems with my room that I asked for help with. First, the shower head was attached poorly and of low quality, resulting in the stream of water hitting the wall of the shower about 1 foot from the front corner, unless held in a different position. This means I had to shower with one hand. this problem was fixed after I spoke to the front desk. Secondly, the mattress was worn out such that it felt like it was trying to tip me out. I mentioned this also, and the solution was to rotate the mattress. I felt it should have been replaced.
