Never Again
As a long time Embassy Suites guest, I was very disappointed in the lack of service during our recent stay at the Embassy Suites Galleria Houston. Our room had no hot water during the 3 day stay, even after notifying the mgr. Dirty dishes were left outside our door for 2 days without being picked up. Teenagers were running up and down the halls and in the lobby, yelling and screaming, in full view of the mgr and nothing was done to address the noise. Obvious that the mgr was not concerned about the quality of service to their guests.

Not impressed
At registration, asked for a non smoking room. Checked in a room that was clearly a smoking room. I returned to the front desk where the Clerk provided a new room - not as bad as first, but clearly heavy smoke residue was present in the second room. Arrival night I had dinner at the restaurant - Lackluster waiter who was not enthusiastic. Food preparation was fair. The restaurant ambiance was not impressive. Basic hotel - not worth the money charged...

EMBASSY SUITES GALLERIA
The good part is the staff which is very polite and friendly. The swams are pretty and peacefull. But I did not like the cleaness of my room. On the hall, near my room door i saw left overs from cigarretes and stayed there for 2 days until i reported it. In my room carpet there were human nails, like if it nevers gets vacuum.I saw them even after 3 days of my stay. The matress from the sofa is very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs from it.
