very helpful staff
you cannot beat this place for price/performance in the Buffalo area. The folks at the desk really want to make your stay enjoyable and their sincere effort shows through.

Disgusting
We arrived to find a bug infested room. When we complained about the fleas all the staff did was vacuum the room. The bathroom also had a horrible stench and the hotel’s solution was to supply us with some air freshener. I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness.
