Great place to stay was very happy and will go back
The Hotel is in a very nice location near all the vineyards and small towns. The breakfast is outstanding and the 6pm wine and cheese tasting is over the top. The hotel is quiet and has a number of beautiful old buildings to stay in. It has old world charm with modern convenience. The staff is very help full and knows the area. The hotel has a beautiful pool and spa as well.

La Residence
My boyfriend and I were in Napa for two days, wine tasting and relaxing. We loved La Residence. The property feels like an oasis due to the gardens and vineyards that surround the property. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast and a daily wine tasting with the price of the room. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and offered to arrange a driver for us on the second day of our stay. This turned out to be an excellent choice, as the driver was familiar with the wineries, had contacts, and got us into places we might not have chosen and we got lots of personal attention that way. I would definitely stay there again.

Consider splurging for a driver to take you around to the various wineries, and so that you can relax and not worry about getting a DUI!
