Not impressed
The room was not clean and the air conditioner worked poorly. Part of the bathroom was still under construction and the television and furniture were outdated 10 years. There where vagrants in the parking lot asking for spare change and on drugs.

Hotel and staff were great
This hotel is well located for a visit to KU and to the Lawrence downtown. The hotel was very nice and the staff was great.
