HORRIBLE experience DO NO STAY HERE
the hotel is awful, they renovated the reception area to be pseudo-design but the rooms are still old, crampy and uncomfortable, the double bed was incredibly SMALL and the mattress super thin old sheets, old towels, no ammennities at all, not even soap (just some liquid), I would not say it is well located it is only close to Sagrada Familia but far from any other attraction I was very unlucky to leave behind in the safe 2 rings when we checked out, called 10 hours afterwards and although they confirmed the room had not been occupied my rings where gone Barcelona is amazing but I am not staying at any other CONFORTEL again in my life

Fabulous Staff
The staff was SO nice!! Very helpful. The beds and pillows are very hard though....

Would definitely stay there again
Confortel is a chain with hotels all over Spain. And I have been pleased with every one i’ve stayed in. Great value for the price. The Bel Art is in a residential area, but very close to several metro stations. There is even a park and small tapas bar across the street. Great for people watching. All of the front desk staff speak english and are very helpful. I would recommend Confortel to anyone traveling in Spain.
